The location was stunning and great, not far from the island, Rothesay and beaches, and the waterfront. Plus it was located in the middle of the city. The host showed us the property. We loved the café, where the breakfast was served...

During our New Year stay, we absolutely loved the stunning sea views from the apartment. It was such a pleasure to wake up every morning and gaze out at the beautiful ocean. the apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the apartment was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet area, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

the communal stairway occasionally had a slight stale smell, but that was understandable since it was a shared space. However, these issues were not directly related to the apartment itself and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Beautiful Upper Apartment on Isle of Bute. the accommodation was spotless and comfortable, and the views of the sea loch were absolutely stunning. the rooms were bright and colourful, just like in the pictures. Pamela, the host, was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. the kitchen facilities were sufficient for our needs and we enjoyed using the record turntable for some fun. a highly recommended place to stay, thank you. Cons: Everything is exactly what I need and want! 😊.

We definitely got great value for our money at this beautiful apartment with stunning sea views. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and picturesque. The staff, Pamela and Deryck, were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. A highly recommended place to stay on the Isle of Bute.

A minor improvement for breakfast would be to offer a wider selection of glassware. The plastic wine glasses were a bit disappointing, especially when we had brought some nice wine with us.

I had a great time at this place, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, and it's in a fantastic location close to a nice restaurant, beaches, and the waterfront.

The apartment was fabulously appointed with amazing views of the waterfront. the village of Port Bannatyne was friendly and had great amenities like the Anchor Tavern and the post office cafe. the drive around the island revealed lovely sights. the bus service into Rothesay was excellent.

I also found the people of Bute to be friendly and welcoming. Lastly, I enjoyed dining at The Anchor, which I highly recommend.

While there were a few minor drawbacks during my stay, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. The heating in the apartment was sometimes a bit inconsistent, but I was able to manually adjust it when needed.

Stunning Sea Views: As I gazed out of the apartment window, my eyes were met with an awe-inspiring sight. The vast expanse of the sea stretched out before me like a painter's masterpiece. The shimmering water sparkled under the golden rays of the sun, creating a breathtaking view that instantly enveloped me in tranquility. It was as if I had been transported to a world of serenity and calmness, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Stale Communal Stair: One minor issue I encountered during my stay was a slight staleness in the communal stair area. However, considering it is a shared space, this is to be expected.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-appointed with stunning views of the sea. the host provides everything you need and more.
